Russell has drawn on his many decades of experience and expertise in the field to produce this insomnia audio hypnosis session package. There are two complete sessions included - one for use to help alleviate the pressures of insomnia by working at a sub-conscious level, which can be listened to and enjoyed anytime. The other is a special pre-sleep session to be enjoyed as you prepare to go to sleep.
